Property management within the Carleton companies is supervised by the staff of Carleton Properties, LLC, whose primary mission is the efficient maintenance and administration of properties leased by the Carletons and other condominium associations with whom they are affiliated.

Carleton developments are marketed by Carleton Realty, LLC, delivering the substantial benefits of a turnkey operation. Assisting with locating, leasing and/or purchasing distinctive Carleton properties includes continued involvement with completed developments, providing a continuum of professional service to maintain the first-class status of client investments.

Starting with their first company in 1986, Kevin and Kim Carleton compiled an impressive list of successful developments by the time Carleton & Company, LLC was founded. Determined to maintain their unique hands-on approach when establishing their new organization, an experienced, highly qualified staff was assembled to form the Carleton & Company team.
